Day in and day out, you feel like you’re carrying the world on your shoulders. On the surface, everything might seem fine, but behind closed doors, you're struggling to stay afloat.

You've reached a tipping point where you know it's time for change. You're craving that inner confidence, longing for deeper connections in your relationships, and yearning for a sense of fulfillment in your life.

What if all of that was within your reach? Picture a world where your dreams are alive and thriving, where you're deeply in touch with what truly ignites your spirit, and where you can confidently let go of what’s been holding you back. Let me tell you, these remarkable changes are not only possible but waiting for you to embrace them.

You want a therapist who isn’t cold and clinical.
You want someone who gets it.

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that life is an ongoing journey of self-discovery and growth.

I'm all about creating a safe and supportive space for you to share your story without feeling judged. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through their best and worst times. I fully believe that you are the expert in your own life, and as your therapist, my role is to utilize my expertise to help you achieve the change you desire. I'm here to provide the support and encouragement you need to take those vital steps, always meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

Truth be told, I’ve been in therapy for years. I’ve wrestled with trauma, anxiety, and OCD throughout my life, and while I still struggle at times, I am better equipped to manage it. I know how overwhelming it is to feel like you’re always trapped in your head. I know how scary it can be to share your story with someone else, and I’m here to tell you that while it’s not easy, it’s worth it.

When we work together, you’re not just getting someone who went to school to be a therapist. You’re getting someone who knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the conversation.
